HCG DAY ONE

So today starts my first day of loading!  My wife started yesterday and I saw how she had trouble eating the 6000 cal.  I am going to do a grazing, just making sure that I am eating something every hour until I get to 6000.  I took the drops as directed at 7 am and have to say they have to taste or smell so that will not be a problem for anyone.  The book says not to weigh in today or tomorrow so I am not going to.  Seeing what I weighed yesterday was enough to upset me.  

So I am going into this with the mind set of nothing tastes better then being thin and healthy!
